ROYAM  is a company specializing in slip forming and heavy lifting techniques, created in 1972 when Jean-Luc Mayor took over the business of the Swiss subsidiary of Bygging so as to better serve the French-speaking markets and Africa in general. After studying mechanical engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL) and obtaining a degree from the School of Engineering Vaud (EIVD), his son Julien took over the reins in 2008.

Since its creation, ROYAM  has devoted itself to developing innovative technology in the fields of slip forming and heavy lifting and their applications, forging a solid reputation in the completion of specific projects such as the simultaneous lifting of roofs with slip formwork, the lifting of structures with bars working in compression or forms mounted on gantries.

Our team is made up of experienced design engineers and site technicians who specialize in identifying innovative solutions in order to rationalize construction projects while ensuring safety, cost-effectiveness and compliance with deadlines.
